This third issue of Loon Unchained tells stories about bears, and the struggles associated with particularly long northern winters.
Loon Unchained ties my two identities: it is a reference to the Canadian bird icon, and to the famous French satiric newspaper Le Canard Enchaîné (the chained duck). This zine is a personal, sometimes bilingual, self-curated artistic project, which I am using as a space to share comics and cartoons, and fulfill my curiosity for the book making and publication process.
